Metadata button shown as clickable while it's not, minor issues

Description
Each one of the metadata buttons in the "Manage tags" modal window for servers is shown as clickable (mouse pointer switches becomes a hand), although in reality only the pencil and "X" icons are. Also, please explore adding a visual cue (e.g. a plus sign?) to the "Add new metadata" button.
Finally, "Manage metadata" should be "Manage tags", and in general s/metadata/tags everywhere in the UI for consistency.
