Description
write a Python-based run-parts for snf-helper-image hooks, show timestamps before and after the execution of each hook.
Timestamps have already been added as part of #1499, this ticket is meant to do it the right way.

found a different mechanism to implement the "exclude script from running" limitation of run-parts. See commit e7cbe965230f77ef54b5e3cfe57183963651b538 of snf-image
