Description
Support user profiles in the UI.
Support storage of per-user information, e.g., SSH public keys to be injected into newly created VMs.

A new application located nested within synnefo.ui module has been added.
The application provides helper models/rest-views for managing permanent data of user preferences. These data can be used to enrich user experience through out the frontend application.
A first atonement/extension of the userdata app is the addition of user ssh keys storage implemented on #1517.
