Description

Displaying the file or container property dialogs can take too long if the network connection is unreliable. Must display the dialog with a busy indicator so the user knows that something is actually happening

Removed unneeded registry key. Resolves #1690
Container properties dialog displays policies, updates tags. Closes #1564
File and Container properties dialogs are now asynchronous. Closes #1691
