Description
Credential retrieval creates an HttpListener which receives the token from Shiboleth through redirection. Creating the HttpListener can fail if the user has no admin rights.
At the very least, the user should be warned. Perhaps, the alternate method using custom protocol handlers should be proposed to the user as well.

Fixed by using sockets instead of the HttpListener
