Please consider merging the --host, --api arguments into a single --url argument, similarly to ./kamaki.
The current description is not clear with regard to their meaning:

Usage: pithos-sh <command> [options]

Options:
  -h, --help       show this help message and exit
  --host=HOST      use server HOST
  --user=USERNAME  use account USERNAME
  --token=AUTH     use account AUTH
  --api=API        use api API
  -v               use verbose output
  -d               use debug output

Also, please include an example value for --url, e.g., https://pithos.grnet.gr/api/v1 and for --token.
