Description
Changes in astakos ui:
- change "login..." in "Login"
- remove dots from the links in the menu
- after signup return to login page with the respective message
- logout should redirect to the service cms page
- change ~okeanos in horizontal bar in cyclades

- after successful logout the user should be redirected to login page with the respective message

- after successful logout the user should be redirected to login page with the respective message unless next parameter or ASTAKOS_LOGOUT_NEXT is defined
- change signup page behavior: if user is logged in redirect to profile page
