Description

Buggy behavior: When some blocks fail to upload, kamaki ignores them and exit with an error after trying with all blocks + file creation.
Desirable behavior: kamaki attempts a reasonable number of retries and does not try to create a file as long as there are blocks failed to be uploaded.
