Description

Refactor all settings, Synnefo strings, and icons to be ~okeanos-neutral.
Synnefo is distinct from the ~okeanos service, and should not have ~okeanos-branded files.
Also remove all ~okeanos-specific defaults, to ensure the admin guide references all necessary settings for running in production.

Please enhance this description for Synnefo to become ~okeanos-neutral.
