Conceptual issue when user has 0 invitations

Description

When a user has no invitations, the "Invite people" form should not let the user invite others. Instead of the invitation form , there should be an informational message in the dialog box preferably with red coloured font, indicating that this is a warning, requiring the user's attention. Something like: "You have no invitations left. Please contact the administrator" or anything like that.
