Instance details href on network page hover fix

Description
Under networks and once the user expands the machines div, his/her instances show up. But to get to the details href (class='action-details') without this being hidden due to mouseout, he/she has to move the mouse all the way to the upper right corner of the instance div (aprox. where the IPv4 address ends) and move eventually to details. Proposed solution: details href could be always there, and its bg-color could change along with the instances bg-color change on hover.

Just found out that the details href can be accessed without having to go though the instances div. The user just has to hover to the blank space on the right. This took me some time to figure out and maybe could change to a permanent details (not hidden on mouseout) href there.

Showing links like vm details while hovering vms/network ui blocks is a consistent behavior across ui for actions that concern the block hovered (vm/net actions, details links etc). For a user familiarized with the UI this behavior will be expected.
This behavior though might need to be taken under reconsideration since it probably causes usability issues in mobile/touch displays. Plus future abuse of show on hover content display might introduce major usability problems across UI (such as Hover and Cover antipattern [1]).
I think the ticket can be closed at the moment.
