Report percentage completion of machine in BUILD, get information from the Image deployment layer.

The logic layer has been extended to receive notifications of type 'ganeti-create-progress' and update the newly added buildpercentage field in the VirtualMachine model.
The API layer has been extended to report meaningful values in the "progress" attribute of servers in the GET /servers call.
