Description
Mapping PITHOS tags to file properties will allow searching, grouping, etc using the FS capabilities.
Tags should be read-only at the client, but they should still be available for synching (round-tripping of tags).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to store arbitrary file properties. The type of properties that can be stored depends on the file's properties. Instead of storing tags in file properties, they should be stored in a local store and displayed using a property window
