Description
Overlays for both machine and network creation pages seem to have several styling issues
- uneven whitespace between window,title and content
- inconsistent font display between browsers
- misplaced elements

A generic overlay object (synnefo.views.Overlay) has been implemented in ui-refactor branch to solve the reported issues.
All overlay views now use this infrastructure to display themselves, leading to a more consistent and sustainable to future changes/additions, overlays coding/styling API.
The following views still need get migrated to use the new js api:
- Invitations view
- API access view
