• Astakos sends the user's primary role to Aquarium as a new Event (this has already been implemented).
• Price list per role (User Role Mapping)
• update price list from command line --- this will probably be implemented as a REST event.
• New Event message from Aquarium to Astakos when we get a negative Resource balance.
