ifdown: Add example kvm-ifdown script

This script currently does nothing more that calling user the
user provided one if it exists.

User provided script should be placed under /etc/ganeti/
and named `ganeti-kvm-ifdown`.

openvswitch fix

  • fix unhandled nic.mode in config.py
    "Unhandled Ganeti error: NIC mode 'openvswitch' not handled" (Issue 804)
  • handle link-changes for the virtual NIC
    a instance will readd the tap interface to the openviswitch so that
    changes of the instance-link (VLAN) will be considered....

Add an empty post-upgrade hook

As 2.10 is the first version from which you can do automatic upgrades,
there is nothing to do when going to any other version in the 2.10
branch.

master-up-setup: Ping multiple times with a shorter interval

In the case of network problems, one ping packet can possibly get lost.
Sending multiple packets is safer. The interval between packets is set
to 200ms so that the check finishes faster.

Add a packet number limit to "fping" in master-ip-setup

This fixes issue #630. Apparently there is a bug in fping 3.5 where it
loops forever without "-c" given an unreachable host, even though
"-c 1" should be the default according to the man page.

The "-c" flag works on Squeeze. Checking the man pages on the Internet,...

Fix net-common script in case of routed mode

setup_route should run in case or routed mode and not
openvswitch.
