Rename the Confd utils parseMessage function to parseRequest

With the upcoming implementation of the Haskell Confd client, requests will
no longer be the only kind of message to be parsed, therefore the parsing
function for requests is being renamed to be more specific, and to better fit...

Make the parseRequest function more general

The parseRequest function of the Confd utils can be used to parse both request
(in the server) and reply (in the client, soon to be implemented) signed
messages.
This patch changes the signature of the function to allow this, and its name...

Split and extend Confd types tests

Some confd types were not tested for serialisation, so let's move
these (type-related) tests to their own module and extend them.

Make QuickCheck generator names more uniform

Due to lack of attention, we have two styles for generators of
arbitrary values: get* and gen* (e.g. getFQDN and genDiskIndices). In
order to make this more obvious that we deal with a function in the
Gen monad, let's rename all get* functions to gen*....

Rename Confd.hs to Confd/Types.hs

This should be the last module rename, promise!

We rename this to conform to the other hierarchies (e.g. Query), and
to not have both Confd.hs and Confd/*.hs.

Improve message for (==?) operator

After seeing how nice HUnit formats the error message on failed
'assertEqual', I think we can do better with ==?. Currently it says
(on one line): "Expected equality, but 1 /= 2".

This patch changes the code to format it similar to HUnit:...

Replace manual arbitrary instances with genArbitrary

There are a few more that could be replaces, once we start using
appropriate (new)types.

Fixup test suite names

The names were not in a proper hierarchy, leading to inconsistencies
about what they were actually tested.

We change this by reproducing in the test names the relative hierarchy
within the Ganeti directory, leading to nicer test suite names (in...

Simplify property and test case names

Since we now have separate namespaces due to the multi-file split, we
don't need to keep the name of the module in the property names, as we
don't have so many potential conflicts anymore.

We remove the group prefix handling from TestHelper and simply do a...

Split one more module out of QC and add test helpers

This splits the confd/utils tests, and adds the TestCommon module for
shared test code.
