Support opportunistic locks in mcpu/LUs
Similar to “share_locks”, a new dictionary containing booleans for each
locking level is added to “cmdlib.LogicalUnit”. Logical units wanting to
make use of opportunistic locks will be able to configure this
dictionary accordingly.
