Fix unicode on httplib bug

Unicode headers or url might apear as httplib request
Although httplib can usually handle the problem, it breaks when
the body has been read from a binary file because
unicode_str + binary produces a UnicodeDecodeError
Thus the url, headers, etc are forced to be simple strings
