Apply uniformity in kamaki.clients.astakos errors

All errors are now AstakosClientError errors

Allow image register from local file to container

Image register can now accept these options as correct:
--location [pithos://UUID]/CONTAINER --upload-local-file LOCAL_PATH
which is equivalent to this:
--location [pithos://UUID]/CONTAINER/basename(LOCAL_PATH) --upload-local-file LOCAL_PATH
