Added new ico in the bin resources to include versions 48x 512x
Fixed issue with GoToSite, it will now properly send the user to the Pithos production site.

Fixed Quotes added be external editor.
Fixed un-installer issue where the process id checker library was not copied after the process ended.
Fixed Issue with the WPF exec, the file was not installed if the user was not creating a desktop icon.
