.conf files cleanup

- remove deprecated setting ``PITHOS_UI_CLOUDBAR_ACTIVE_SERVICE``
- remove ``PITHOS_UI_LOGIN_URL``, ``PITHOS_UI_FEEDBACK_URL``. Settings are
dynamically computed based on ``ASTAKOS_BASE_URL`` setting.

Restrict url pattern
