pci ids: remove redundant defines
Remove some redundant definitions for PCI classes:PCI_CLASS_SERIAL_OTHER already exists as PCI_CLASS_COMMUNICATION_OTHERand PCI_CLASS_PROCESSOR_CO is redefined.
PCI_CLASS_SERIAL_OTHER is not used anywhere.
