dmg: fix ->open failure

Currently the dmg image format driver simply opens the images as raw
if any kind of failure happens. This is contrarty to the behaviour
of all other image formats which just return an error and let the
block core deal with it.

support colon in filenames

Problem: It is impossible to feed filenames with the character colon because
qemu interprets such names as a protocol. For example filename scsi:0, is
interpreted as a protocol by name "scsi".
