Revert "Get rid of _t suffix"
In the very least, a change like this requires discussion on the list.
The naming convention is goofy and it causes a massive merge problem. Somethinglike this must be presented on the list first so people can provide input...
Get rid of _t suffix
Some not so obvious bits, slirp and Xen were left alone for the timebeing.

Introduce -smp , maxcpus= flag to specify maximum number of CPUS.
Follow on patch will use it to determine the size of the MADT andother BIOS tables.

Add boot menu control via command line switch
Disable the lengthy BIOS prompt for selecting a boot device by default,but let the user reenable it via '-boot menu=on'.

sending NUMA topology to BIOS (Andre Przywara)
uses the QEMU firmware configuration interfacce to send the NUMAtopology to the BIOS, which has to setup the tables. Only one firmwareconfiguration channel is used.
