Improve vm_stop reason declarations
Define and use dedicated constants for vm_stop reasons, they actuallyhave nothing to do with the EXCP_* defines used so far. At this chance,specify more detailed reasons so that VM state change handlers canevaluate them....
QemuOpts: make most qemu_*_opts static
Switch tree to lookup-by-name using qemu_find_opts().Also hook up virtfs options so qemu_find_opts works for them too.

QMP: Introduce WATCHDOG event
It's emitted whenever the watchdog device's timer expires. The actiontaken is provided in the 'data' member.

Fix sys-queue.h conflict for good

qdev: convert watchdogs
-watchdog NAME is now equivalent to -device NAME, except it treatsoption argument '?' specially, and supports only one watchdog.
A side effect is that a device created with -watchdog may now receivea different PCI address.
i6300esb is now available on any machine with a PCI bus, not just PCs....
Move watchdog, watchdog_action, give them internal linkage
