Use the global 'env' variable in the helper functions in iwmmxt_helper.c.This means we don't need to pass env as an argument to them any more.

Update FSF address in GPL/LGPL boilerplate
The attached patch updates the FSF address in the GPL/LGPL boilerplatein most GPL/LGPLed files, and also in COPYING.LIB.
