defaults: split default_drive
Split default_drive into default_{floppy,cdrom,sdcard}.Also add QEMUMachine flags to disable them per machine.

Set default console to virtio on S390x
All "normal" system emulation targets in qemu I'm aware of displayoutput on either VGA or serial output.
Our S390x virtio machine doesn't have such kind of legacy hardware. Soinstead we need to default to a virtio console....
qdev: make compat stuff more generic
This patch renames the compat properties into global properties andmakes them more generic. The compatibility stuff is only one ofmultiple possible users now.

In the very least, a change like this requires discussion on the list.
The naming convention is goofy and it causes a massive merge problem. Somethinglike this must be presented on the list first so people can provide input...

Remove vga_ram_size
The vga_ram_size argument to machine init functions always has the samevalue, and is ignored by many machines (including SPARC32 which has anobsolete ifdef for VGA_RAM_SIZE).
Remove it and push VGA_RAM_SIZE into vga_int.h.

All archs have some kind of firmware to load and can be fine with italready. So there is not much use in enforcing the presence of a disk.If the system setup requires one, the user will notice it anyway once...

qemu: PCI device, disk and host network hot-add / hot-remove (Marcelo Tosatti)
Add monitor command to hot-add PCI devices (nic and storage).
Syntax is:
pci_add pci_addr=[[<domain>:]<bus>:]<slot> nic|storage params
It returns the domain, bus and slot for the newly added device on success....
