Without this patch it is not possible to send at least 10 specialcharacters (\|'"`~:;[]{}) via the monitor sendkey command.

Some block drivers use an aio handler and do I/O completion routinesin it. However, the handler is not invoked if we only doaio_read/write, because registered fds are not checked at all.
