versatile_pci: Declare as little endian
This patch replaces explicit bswaps with endianness hints to themmio layer.

isa_mmio: Always use little endian
This patch converts the ISA MMIO bridge code to always use little endian mmio.All bswap code that existed was only there to convert from native cpuendianness to little endian ISA devices.

Add endianness as io mem parameter
As stated before, devices can be little, big or native endian. Thetarget endianness is not of their concern, so we need to push thingsdown a level.

versatile_pci: cleanup
Cleanup versatile_pci: no need to re-set fieldsto zero (pci core sets 0 already), use set_wordfor status field. Compile-tested only, but seems obvious.
pci: move pci_data_{read, write}() declaration from pci.h to pci_host.h
Now pci host stuff has been moved from pci.[hc] to pci_host.[hc]so the declaration of pci_data_{read, write}() should be inpci_host.hThis patch moves them from pci.h to pci_host.h for consistency....
Revert "Get rid of _t suffix"
In the very least, a change like this requires discussion on the list.
The naming convention is goofy and it causes a massive merge problem. Somethinglike this must be presented on the list first so people can provide input...

qdev: add return value to init() callbacks.
Sorry folks, but it has to be. One more of these invasive qdev patches.
We have a serious design bug in the qdev interface: device initcallbacks can't signal failure because the init() callback has noreturn value. This patch fixes it....
Make CPURead/WriteFunc structure 'const'
qdev: update pci device registration.
Makes pci_qdev_register take a PCIDeviceInfo struct instead of a bunchof parameters. Also adds config_read and config_write callbacks toPCIDeviceInfo, so drivers needing these can be converted to the qdevdevice API too....
Remove io_index argument from cpu_register_io_memory()
The parameter is always zero except when registering the three internalio regions (ROM, unassigned, notdirty). Remove the parameter to reducethe API's power, thus facilitating future change.

Add common BusState
Implement and use a common device bus state. The main side-effect isthat creating a bus and attaching it to a parent device are no longerseparate operations. For legacy code we allow a NULL parent, but thatshould go away eventually....
