audio/intel-hda: Fix Inheritance hierachy

The ich6 and ich9 variants either need to inherit one from the other,
or both from a common base class, otherwise its not possible to create
a QOM cast macro for use by the shared implementation functions.
Went for option B, with a common base class....

audio/intel-hda: QOM casting sweep

Define and use standard QOM cast macro. Remove usages of DO_UPCAST and
direct -> style casting.

hw: move private headers to hw/ subdirectories.

Many headers are used only in a single directory. These can be
kept in hw/.

hw: move target-independent files to subdirectories

This patch tackles all files that are compiled once, moving
them to subdirectories of hw/.
