scsi: add bus_name parameter to scsi_bus_new.
This adds the possibility to create a scsi-bus with a specified name.

hw: move headers to include/
Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification.Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH dependingon cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target.However, fixing this does not belong in these patches....

usb: split packet result into actual_length + status
Since with the ehci and xhci controllers a single packet can be largerthen maxpacketsize, it is possible for the result of a single packetto be both having transferred some data as well as the transfer to have...

uas: move transfer kickoff
Kick next scsi transfer from request release callback instead of commandcompletion callback, otherwise we might get stuck in case scsi_req_unref()doesn't release the request instantly due to someone else holding areference too....

Pick other product id to fix clash with audio.

It's a pure UAS (usb attached scsi) emulation, without BOT (bulk-onlytransport) compatibility. If your guest can't handle it use usb-storageinstead.
The emulation works like any other scsi hba emulation (eps, lsi, virtio,...
