Compile loader only once

Callers must pass ELF machine, byte swapping and symbol LSB clearing
information to ELF loader. A.out loader needs page size information, pass
that too as a parameter.

Extract prototypes to a separate file. Move loader.[ch] and elf_ops.h under hw....

Add/Fix command-line checks for smbios options v2

- One type 4 table is required per cpu. Add a check for this.
- Fix check for smbios file.

qemu: Add support for SMBIOS command line otions (Alex Williamson)

Create a new -smbios option (x86-only) to allow binary SMBIOS entries
to be passed through to the BIOS or modify the default values of
individual fields of type 0 and 1 entries on the command line....
