For node queries allow short forms of host names

For node queries use the host-name filter instead of the simple
equality-based one.

Make NodeInfo (hs) accept arbitrary storage types

So far, the Haskell implementation of NodeInfo just
requests storage information about volume groups.
With this patch, storage info for abitrary storage
types can be requested.

Refactor NodeInfo RPC regarding storage reporting
