Add the WConfD daemon to build configuration files

Hs2Py constants: remove useless constants

Remove unused constants from Python because they were only used by
constants which are currently generated, and move Python comment to
the Haskell side.

Rename queryd to luxid

As queryd will, in the future, handle all LUXI request, queue jobs and
most likely perform various other tasks, it is renamed to luxid already.
This will safe some headache when upgrading Ganeti installations, as we
don't have to deal with a daemon rename....

Fix Haskell log file naming after virtual cluster changes

Commit 3329f4de changed the Haskell log file from constants to
functions, but introduced a bug: it uses now the daemon name instead
of the correct log file, which means "ganeti-confd.log" instead of...

Rename htools/ to src/

Per offline discussions, this is the first patch of the
renames. Tested with "make distcheck", seems to work fine.

The only change outside of the renaming is a bit of simplification in
the .gitignore rules; otherwise, simply s/htools/src/....
