Add fromJResultE and fromJVal that uses MonadError
Using MonadError is more correct than just "fail" on an arbitrarymonad, and more scalable when using monad type classes or monad stacks.

Add instance disk fields
The instance disk fields have been added. As these are the firstfields to be duplicated, some helper functions are present to supporteasier specification of fields which have to be duplicated for everyentry in an array of configuration objects, and numbered accordingly....

Load complete instance disk information through LUXI
Information about size and spindles of all the disks of an instance is loadedby the LUXI backend, instead of faking one equivalent big disk. In this wayinstance policy checks are more accurate.

Export node spindles
Node spindles (queried live) are exported through the LUXI, RAPI, andiallocator interfaces.

New function to load JSON arrays of optional values

Rename htools/ to src/
Per offline discussions, this is the first patch of therenames. Tested with "make distcheck", seems to work fine.
The only change outside of the renaming is a bit of simplification inthe .gitignore rules; otherwise, simply s/htools/src/....
