Change the migration message

Let's remove the experimental message (the Ganeti side is stable
nowadays) and replace it with a warning about possible hypervisor
issues.

_PrintGroupedParams: sort before printing

It's a lot easier, when looking at the output, if you can search the
parameter you're looking for alphabetically.

Add a identify-defaults options for import

When importing an instance, all the saved valued will be used as
explicitly specified values, overriding the cluster defaults. This means
export+import will change the status (from default to explicitly
specified) of parameters....
