Provide the right fix for the kvm_extra parameter
With the previous adjustment the arguments were boxed into one extraarray. This actually makes the parameter work (with the same caveats).
The manpage is also updated with the limitations.

Document better gnt-network
Specify clearly that the nic parameters depend on thenetwork-to-nodegroup connection.

Add new NIC parameter to man page of 'gnt-instance'

Add KVM machine version as hv param

man: Man page reference cleanup
Sphinx is stricter than pandoc when parsing reST and does not allow anopening parenthesis to directly follow inline markup. [1] describes therules. A backslash, as described in [2], can be used to separate thetwo.
Additionally, there were different forms for referring to man pages....

If an instance is offline we definitely shouldn't start it up.But shutting it down, should it be up by mistake is not "that" bad.Still, we only allow it with --force, as it still performs an action onan instance we shouldn't touch. This should make everybody happy....

Convert man page highlighting to standard RST
Instead of using the sphinx-specific highlight extension, which is notparsed by Pandoc, let's switch to the standard RST directive, whichwill be picked up and will result in slightly nicer man pages whenconverted to HTML (in man output it remains the same)....
Add support for cpu_cap and cpu_weight Xen params
This patch adds support for Xen's CPU scheduler 'cpu_cap' and'cpu_weight' parameters.
Ganeti default values (cap: 0=unlimited, weight: 256) are Xen defaults.
cpu_cap is not validated correctly because of actual Ganeti limitation...

Document the support for default iallocator

Always_failover doesn't require --allow-failover anymore
If an administrator sets always_failover, it means that there is no needfor another explicit approval to failover instead of migrating.

This addresses issue 230: passing two methods of booting to KVM can,depending on the KVM version, confuse it.
