man: Man page reference cleanup

Sphinx is stricter than pandoc when parsing reST and does not allow an
opening parenthesis to directly follow inline markup. [1] describes the
rules. A backslash, as described in [2], can be used to separate the
two.

Additionally, there were different forms for referring to man pages....

More documentation and man page fixes

- Include numbers in man page references
- Use “:manpage:” where appropriate
- Don't escape underscore in verbatim text (e.g. “``always_failover``)
as it would show up in the generated man page
- Quote whole paths, not just build-time part...

Better list of replace-disks arguments + typos fixed

The man page and the bultin-in help for gnt-instance replace-disks were
inconsistent. Also fixed some typos in man pages.

This change also documents the flag in all man-pages.

Fix man pages to not use unescaped --

I've seen that man pages, as generated by the version of pandoc we
use, show single dashes in option names instead of double ones (
versus -
). After bringing it up with upstream

Switch hspace defaults to the cluster policy

This changes from the current hardcoded defaults to the cluster
policy. The command line options now override the defaults from the
cluster, and the tiered spec mode is always enabled.

Also fixes a tiny typo in the man page (together with the man page...

Change how hspace reads cmdline args for std specs

For the standard specs, hspace currently takes separate options for
the memory, disk and VCPUs. For the tiered specs, which were
introduced later, it takes a single option with all three values
combined....

htools: man page improvements

This patch moves all the backend options into the main htools man
page, and it adds documentation for the -t option, which so far was
not documented w.r.t. the file structure.

htools: add human-readable output to hspace

Currently, hspace can only output a machine-readable format that
(while detailed) is hard to parse quickly by people. This patch adds
(and enables by default) a human-readable output that shows the most
important metrics in a simple format....

hspace: add support for units in the options

This patch converts hspace to allow units in all disk and memory
specifications, and updates the man page accordingly. It also correct
a mistake in the man page for the --max-cpu option.
