Allow cluster mac prefix modification

Extend LUClusterSetParams to allow the modification of the cluster
mac-prefix setting in 'gnt-cluster modify' command.

This fixes part of issue 239.

Show mac prefix setting in gnt-cluster info

Include mac-prefix setting in the output of 'gnt-cluster info'
command.

This fixes part of issue 239.

Consider old client cert only when available

This fixes a bug which occurred only after upgrading
from 2.10 to 2.11. During the cluster renew-crypto
operation, Ganeti tries to include the old certificate
in the candidate map while it is providing new
certificates. This failed when there was no certificate...
