Use ClockTime instead of Double in fields in Objects.hs
This affects "mtime" and "ctime" fields in all data types.
This also forces explicit declaration of how the fields are serializedin Query.
Add candiate certificate map to configuration
At the end of this patch series, incoming RPC calls arelegitimized against a map of master candidate nodes'SSL certificate digests. This patch adds the map itselfto the cluster's configuration.

Don't allow optional node parameters
Ganeti does not support optional fields in parameters(hypervisor-params, disk-params, etc.). OpenVSwitch related nodeparameters were the exception to this rule, which caused numerousproblems related to import/export and (de-)serialization....
Use configure constants instead of generated
Replace uses of the generated 'AF_INET*' constants with the constantsin Haskell's 'AutoConf'.

Remove physical_id field from disk object

As outlined in issue 338, Ganeti failed to initialize a cluster if noRSA SSH key is present on the master node. This patch extends Ganetissupport to DSA keys, so clusters with only DSA keys are possible now.

Add disks_active to configuration
This flag tracks if the disks of an instace are supposed to be active.That's the case when an instance is running or when its disks gotactivated explicitly (and in a couple of other cases).It will be used by watcher to re-activate disks after a node reboot....

Add multiple min/max specs in instance policy

Add enabled disk templates to cluster cfg
This patch adds constants for enabling disk templates to the constants,and the cluster configuration in haskell and python. It removes theobsolete preference list for enabled storage types.

This is yet another fix for type confusion between pythonand haskell. ;) The network field of PartialNic should bea string and not of type Network. This makes it necessaryto add a helper function to look up a network by name...
Extend config by networks and networks by UUIDs
For network queries to work, we need to extend the generalconfig type to include all available networks. Additionally,we add UUIDs to the network type itself.
Replace nodegroups' PartialNic by PartialNicParams
This fixes a bug that corrups the config when one adds anetwork to a node group. I wil soon extend QA by some commandsthat would have detected this.
Rename htools/ to src/
Per offline discussions, this is the first patch of therenames. Tested with "make distcheck", seems to work fine.
The only change outside of the renaming is a bit of simplification inthe .gitignore rules; otherwise, simply s/htools/src/....
