Add a function that enhances readJSON error messages

If an error occurs, the error message is annotated with a given textual
description of the parsed type and optionally also with the input data.

Add a newtype wrapper that saves ClockTime as JSON double

This allows to convert ClockTime to JSON and back.

Add fromJResultE and fromJVal that uses MonadError

Using MonadError is more correct than just "fail" on an arbitrary
monad, and more scalable when using monad type classes or monad stacks.

Add instance disk fields

The instance disk fields have been added. As these are the first
fields to be duplicated, some helper functions are present to support
easier specification of fields which have to be duplicated for every
entry in an array of configuration objects, and numbered accordingly....

Load complete instance disk information through LUXI

Information about size and spindles of all the disks of an instance is loaded
by the LUXI backend, instead of faking one equivalent big disk. In this way
instance policy checks are more accurate.

Rename htools/ to src/

Per offline discussions, this is the first patch of the
renames. Tested with "make distcheck", seems to work fine.

The only change outside of the renaming is a bit of simplification in
the .gitignore rules; otherwise, simply s/htools/src/....
