QA: test for --{shared,}-file-storage-dir
This adds tests for 'gnt-cluster modify' wrt to theoptions --shared-file-storage-dir=... and--file-storage-dir. It also separates the two directories'specification in the QA configuration.

QA for spindles in creating disks
"gnt-instance add" and "gnt-instance recreate-disks" are tested giving thenumber of spindles, when supported. Also, QA for "gnt-instancerecreate-disks" now covers the case where disks are resized.

QA cleanup: Removed instance-disk-failure test
The test was broken, out of sync with the rest of the code, and prone tocrashes. Until someone does a better job, it's better to remove thetest. This simplifies further refactoring.
QA: Added constants for LVM volumes
The LVM volume group becomes a configurable parameter, and a prefix forlogical volume names used in tests is introduced as a constant.

Add option to disable iallocator use in QA
By default some QA tests use iallocators. It is now possible to disableiallocators in QA, so that QA doesn't force having iallocators set up.The affected tests have now alternatives pathways.
Add QA test for node group modification of ndparams
Additionally, we run hbal if the htools tests are enabled (newkey). Note that hbal will directly exit, since there are no instances,but at least it will load and parse the group details.

QA, burnin: allow selection of reboot types
After some more investigation, only the soft reboot type fails for Xen3.4 (due to the reboot/uptime time counter). As such, it's better toallow selective testing, since we do want to test in general theseopcodes/the command line script....

Since we have seen cases where (repeated) reboots are not supported(e.g. Xen 3.4+), we need to be able to control this in the QAconfiguration.
