Docs: Update the version of ganeti-instance-debootstrap
The installation manual used version 0.12, which had some bugs.This patch updates it to the latest 0.14.

Document vif-ganeti usage
In order to be able to use it as vif-script one has tocreate a symbolic link inside /etc/xen/scripts pointingto /usr/lib/ganeti/vif-ganeti and then add is a hypervisorparameter.

Remove obsolete Debian-related documentation
This part of the documentation refers to Grub instead of Grub2, butGrub2 has been the standard boot loader since Squeeze. As this part only(wrongly) repeats the preceeding documentation, it's removed completely....

Document possible hypervisor bug in serial_console
This is described in Issue 83.
Update both the install guide and the gnt-instance manpage.In the install guide move another KVM specific example inside a new KVMadmonition for the hypervisor parameters section....

Very very very basic openvswitch support

Install guide: talk about routing mode
The networking section is updated to talk about both routing andbridging.
Update hypervisor installation section
Currently the section is called "Installing Xen" and also mentions KVM.Updating the title and also make it slightly less xen-centric.
Explain the reason for fqdn hostnames
The install guide asks the user to use the fqdn in the hostname, butdoesn't explain why. This has been asked multiple times, so adding anexplanation there.

Some small doc updates
We change some formatting to sphinx-specific, to show how thedocumentation can be improved.
Update the iallocator documentation
This updates the iallocator documentation to 2.0, bumps up theiallocator version (and moves a constants to lib/constants.py), andfixes a style on install.rst.
