Add the WConfD daemon to build configuration files

Also list it in the Haskell datatype, constants, Python constants and
test configuration.

Remove query option from GetClient

As all luxi clients talk to luxid now, and masterd will
go away, remove the option to use socket different from
luxid's.

Move Transport from luxi.py to a separate module

Also create a new module for RPC errors.
This allows it to be reused for other clients as well.

For the commandline, switch to query socket by default

As luxid now understands all the requests used by the command-line tools,
switch the default luxi socket for those to be the socket of luxid.

client to run queries. The method to obtain and configure
the luxi client with the right address can be reused from

Fix permission errors for split users

Correctly set ownership and permissions for daemon log files, correct
the name of the luxid logfile and set the ownership of the query socket
correctly.

Rename queryd to luxid

As queryd will, in the future, handle all LUXI request, queue jobs and
most likely perform various other tasks, it is renamed to luxid already.
This will safe some headache when upgrading Ganeti installations, as we
don't have to deal with a daemon rename....

Add queryd daemon (split from confd)

queryd is added as a new daemon which handles configuration queries over
LUXI. This functionality was removed from confd, which now only queries

cmdlib: Stop forking in LUClusterQuery

While debugging another issue we realized that LUClusterQuery forks.
This turned out to be the “platform.architecture” function from the
Python library. It uses the “file” command to determine the architecture
of the Python binary....

DeprecationWarning fixes for pylint

In version 0.21, pylint unified all the disable-* (and enable-*)
directives to disable (resp. enable). This leads to a lot of
DeprecationWarning being emitted even if one uses the recommended
version of pylint (0.21.1, as stated in devnotes.rst)....
