Fix getNodeRole

In the configuration, the master node is now given
by its uuid. Therefore, compare the uuid and not the
name to find out if a given node is the master.

Add the console field

This patch adds the final console field, using the RPC calls of the
previous commit.

As this requires another RPC call, the live data retrieval functions
of the instance queries are modified and refactored slightly.

Moving network query helper functions to Network.hs

So far, a couple of helper function for the network
queries resided in Config.hs. I figured it makes more
sense to move them to Query/Network.hs, since they are
very tailored to that purpose.

First part of Network Queries in Haskell

This is the beginning of the implementation of network
queries. This includes establishing all infrastructure
to run the network queries and implement querying of
some simpler fields and the node group listing.

Rename htools/ to src/

Per offline discussions, this is the first patch of the
renames. Tested with "make distcheck", seems to work fine.

The only change outside of the renaming is a bit of simplification in
the .gitignore rules; otherwise, simply s/htools/src/....
