Disk templates are "allowed" and not "enabled" in ipolicies

The way disk templates were displayed in instance policies became confusing
since the introduction of the enabled_disk_templates cluster parameter.

Fix issue 440.

The old command-line options weren't working any more. Utility functions
are updated, and broken tests are removed (new tests are coming in the

QA for --ipolicy-xxx-specs and show-ispecs-cmd

The tests check the interactions between the two commands.

Also refactored group QA code to separate tests about ipolicy, as those
tests are going to grow in complexity.

Fix restoring default instance specs in group policies

"default" was not accepted as a valid input value for instance specs in
group policies, due to a bug introduced in 2cc673a3e (and released with
2.6.0). Added QA for this and another similar case.

QA: Convert nodes from items to attributes

The new objects support attributes, which are cleaner than
dictionary-style access. Item access (like a dictionary) is going away
in a couple of patches. Also, pylint is better at checking attributes
than dictionary entries....

Add QA test for node group modification of ndparams

Additionally, we run hbal if the htools tests are enabled (new
key). Note that hbal will directly exit, since there are no instances,
but at least it will load and parse the group details.

Run pylint over QA code too

Right now, the QA code is not covered by pylint, and this shows at
least one low-impact bug.

This patch does the necessary changes to make QA pylint-clean, and the
changes the makefile to run pylint for it.

More QA tests for group operations

This adds QA tests for the SetGroupParams operation, both for CLI and
RAPI. Additionally, it adds tests for add/rename/remove groups via RAPI,
which had not been included in a previous patch series. Finally, it also
tests setting "alloc_policy" (and, for the CLI, "ndparams") at group...

  - renaming an empty group
