Use configured SSH ports when connecting to a console
This is accomplished by passing the corresponding node group tohv_*.py. Tests for hv_*.py that call GetInstanceConsole updated.

Add gnt-instance start --pause
Creates the instance, but pauses execution before booting. This combinedwith 'gnt-instance console' unpausing instances means that the entireboot process can be viewed and monitored.

Add a hypervisor constant for migration support
