Rename VALID_STORAGE_TYPES to STORAGE_TYPES
For consistency, this patch renames 'VALID_STORAGE_TYPES'to 'STORAGE_TYPES', because the set of valid disktemplates is also just names 'DISK_TEMPLATES'.
