man: Man page reference cleanup

Sphinx is stricter than pandoc when parsing reST and does not allow an
opening parenthesis to directly follow inline markup. [1] describes the
rules. A backslash, as described in [2], can be used to separate the
two.

Additionally, there were different forms for referring to man pages....

Fix man pages to not use unescaped --

I've seen that man pages, as generated by the version of pandoc we
use, show single dashes in option names instead of double ones (
versus -). After bringing it up with upstream

gnt-debug: rename allocator to iallocator

I'm always confused by this strange difference, so let's rename the
command to match what it tests.

Generate query fields in man pages

This patch replaces the hand-written lists of fields, sometimes
incomplete, wrong or inconsistent, with generated ones. What's not very
nice yet is the representation for numbered lists (“nic.ip/0: IP address
of 1st network interface”, “nic.ip/1: IP address of 2nd network...

Change the list formatting to a 'special' chars

And also enable verbose display via the, well, verbose option. Man
page and tests are updated, and the formatting is moved from 4 if
statements to a data structure.
